Doosukeltha is a 2013 Telugu
film directed by Veeru Potla starring Vishnu Manchu. Lavanya Tripathi, who made her debut with Andala Rakshasi, is the leading lady in the movie and Mani Sharma composeed
the tunes. Dr. Mohan Babu
produced the film on the banner of 24 Frames Factory.Doosukeltha is touted
to be a romantic entertainer. The
film received a U/A Certificate. It released on October 17.
